1. Top tile should be having the following fields for customer's input.
- I'm interested in (Optional). On tap of it, display Generic Keypad.
- I would like (amount field). On tap of it, display Numeric Keypad.
- Additional information (Optional). On tap of it, display Generic Keypad.
2. Bottom tile should be having the following I/P fields (Name/Phone/Mail ID/Monthly Income) in the Personal Detail's columns where customer Manually enter their details.
- Name. On tap of it, display Generic Keypad.
- Phone. On tap of it, display Numeric Keypad.
- Mail ID. On tap of it, display Generic Keypad.
3. On tap of “Send” CTA, display an error message if any of the mandatory fields are not filled. If all the required I/P fields are given, make a relevant entry to the database.
4. On Successful entry to the database, display an Overlay message with “Close” CTA. On tap of “Close”, take the customer back to Main Page. In case of any error in DB entry, show error message.
5. All info given by customer for referral should be logged at backend system for SCB One for audit tracking.
