As a part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing our client’s premium brand of products to drive the company’s strategic objectives and long term growth across Thailand and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of Premium Brand Platform
Identify consumer needs and commercialize new premium product portfolio by partnering with internal and external entities such as global innovation, R&D centers and consumer research agencies.
Develop new product portfolio that strengthen and differentiate from others as well as enhance brand image.
Grow category penetration and value of the new premium brand products within Thailand, Asian countries and other regions respectively.
Business Development
Enhance our client’s premium brand by introducing the newly developed premium brand products to targeted channels such as social media, PR events, and modern/traditional trade.
Identify opportunities that help increase revenue and profit margin for the product category.
Develop partnership program with key strategic partners to enhance the premium brands market coverage.
Review channels performance to identify improvement programs that better respond to consumer needs.
Build / Enhance TUF Ambient Seafood Brands Presence
Build relationship with different channel owners such as retailers, modern trade decision makers, social media etc.
Partner with distributors for value penetration and develop new channels that help increase categories presence and profit.
Develop in-store activation programs to increase revenue and profit margin.
New Product Development
Work with internal departments such as R&D and the Global Innovation Center to define product concepts that align with business strategy.
Coordinate with related parties on designing of product labeling, stamping, package and communication to ensure alignment with premium brand platform.
Develop promotional campaigns and other marketing mix to ensure successful launch of new product that is related to the premium brand range.
Brand Matrices and Return on Brand Development Investment
Strengthen the premium brands proposition by consistently introducing new business development programs.
Ensure sustainable growth by analyzing current brand performance, forecasting potential revenue and
future spending to control P&L of the brands.
Supply Chain Management
Coordinate with functions related to product development to ensure that all products are aligned with product concepts and consumers needs.
Coordinate with functions related to product development to ensure to minimize manufacturing cost while product quality is maintained.
Team and Office Support
Manage and provide guidance to marketing team to ensure that all marketing and brand program is well managed and completed within timeline.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support marketing organization objectives relevant to marketing management for both Thailand and overseas subsidiaries.
Job Specifications
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
15 + years Experience in managing premium brands/products categories in the food industry.
Solid understand of marketing management, brand & communication, new product development, consumer insight development and business development.
Strong track record in managing and developing brands in the area brand communication, marketing management, new product development and channel development and business development.
Experience in developing multiple markets with regional exposure from commercial driven MNC Environment.
Proven track record of project management that yield strong return on marketing investment
Ability to influence/leverage others.
Experience working with international teams.
Excellent communication of English and Thai.
Strong understanding of consumer packaged goods industries and business trends.
Able to develop marketing strategy and plan to help company reach the objectives that help strengthen premium brand.
Comfortable working in matrix and evolving organization.
Supply chain knowledge and background is a plus.
