The McKinsey 7-8 framework was originally developed as a way of think-ing more broadly about
effectively organizing a company. Rather than thinking in terms of strategy implementation as a matter of strategy and structure, one must think comprehensively about a strategy and how it works
in conjunction with a variety of other elements.
