Keeping HR budget and budget process on track.
Perform the budgeting process and collecting the budget application throughout the fiscal year.
Communicating with all departments about headcounts and gathering data for budget planning.
Performing analyses of the expenditures in relation to the budgeted figures. Variance analysis is done to ensure that every aspect of Human Resources and Production Department are on budget.
Assisting and supporting HR management team and H/O for all their requests.
