The calculation of the necessary tool inclination change
and amount of tool lifting to make the tool gouge free is
done in two steps. In a first step, the required increase
of tool inclination angle or tool lifting amount is
calculated so no vertex interferes with the tool. In a
second step, the tool inclination angle is further inclination angles to be avoided.
