WHAT AND WHERE IS MY COMPUTER ID?
Solution:
First and foremost, please know that it is not necessary to know your computer id if you use Toontrack’s new ONLINE authorization system. EZDrummer 2, EZmix 2, and EZKeys include this new system, so all you need to do is launch EZdrummer 2, EZmix 2, or EZKeys on your computer.
IF you have Superior Drummer 2.0, Also includes this new system with its latest update. Simply make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Superior Drummer 2 update from your account by logging in and clicking My Account > My Products > Superior Drummer 2 > updates.
Once the update is installed Please launch Superior and you will see the new system.
If your computer is not connected to the internet you will need the computer id. It is found by launching the program and then clicking the OFFLINE authorization button.
The computer id is based on various components in your computer hardware and can not be changed by you. It CAN NOT be found in your system settings (Control Panel / About this Mac), it will only show after you have installed and then launched your product in your host.
