Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has ordered state agencies to remove all hindrances deterring the tourism industry's efforts to promote the "2015 Discover Thainess" campaign, which aims to boost its revenue by , the government also plans to issue multiple-entry visas for foreign tourists, speed up visas for medical purposes and meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (Mice) as well as issue a single visa for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam in order to boost tourism among Asean members.and the TAT would organise campaigns on a monthly basis in order to attract both Thai and foreigners to visit 12 secondary tourist destinations and seven main tourism provinces
