The result of the third hypothesis found that the personnel of Assistant Governor (Administration) at Metropolitan Waterworks Authority with different gender, age, working experience, salary, position and department have no different in overall working motivations. When considering in each aspect found that the personnel of Assistant Governor (Administration) with different age are having different working motivations about supervision and relationship with peers. Moreover the personnel of Assistant Governor (Administration) with different position are having different working motivations about working conditions and salary. Finally the personnel of Assistant Governor (Administration) with different department are having different working motivations about policy and administration, job security and salary.
