The results were somewhat surprising in that no previous study had shown a marked effect of concentration on denaturation temperature. Moreover, the shapes of the thermograms at the lower concentrations were found to be very different from those observed previously. scanning rate dependence over the range 10-90 ° C/h, an 8 mg/ml /3-1actoglobulin solution was used. A maximum variation of _0.1°C was obtained from two replicated thermograms.
