Please be advised that the
sensor barriers are being set up at the Rama III building entrance this weekend. On Monday you will pass through the barriers but the system is not yet live due to ongoing wiring, dry run testing and loading of staff data in the system server. The installation will be completed by the end of January and we will go live with the system at the beginning of February. An
announcement will sent out to all staff to inform them accordingly.
Only KS staff, Group employees and Bank vendors who currently work at Rama III will have gate access by using their staff ID. For branch staff, they will need to exchange their staff ID at the reception counter consistent with the current process.
For any Rama III staff and management who forget their staff ID they will also need to go to the reception counter and obtain a visitor card. Please help communicate and reinforce this important security process with your teams.
Development of approach, FAQs and escalation protocol is currently underway for tomorrow's anticipated KMIT demonstration. Will share with you as soon as it is completed.
