Your customer Ryan Bean is not very aware of how paypal works, and insists he has paid me twice . .once on Nov 6 and once on Nov 8 for his shipping. However I have received nothing. Probably he got the email just a bit wrong, and thinks he sent it, even though I will never receive it.
I am sending you below my paypal record for Nov 6 - Nov 8 . . and as you can see, there is nothing there from Ryan Bean. Do you think you could try to explain to him that he must have gotten this wrong? . . He is not listening to me at all . .
