Tomatoes
Tomatoes are native to Mexico and central and the Aztecs grew them
back in 700 A.D. In the sixteenth century
the spanish conquistadores introduced
tomatoes to spain and the tomato's
popularity spread quickly through Europe.
The French loved tomatoes and called them
apples of paradise.The British thought
they were beautiful but poisonous.And the
ltalians simply used them to make
the best tomato sauce there is and they
put it on their pasta.
