I booked rooms at Metadee resort & villas Phuket in the middle of March with advanced booking promotion. But yesterday I found the current promotion rate is much better than the moment I booked, which means I am facing a loss of 5,910 Bhat. Hence, I contacted the hotel on how to handel the price variance, becasue it is definitely unfair for the earlier booking customer to get a final higher price. Till now, I haven't gotten a satisfied feedback from the reservation dept. of the hotel. Hence, I complain here and want to have a direct contact with their general manager.
