If we don’t have credit facilities with a hotel or if a hotel even asked for a prepayment or deposit payment; same rule will be applicable for our client.
However, we have to inform about these prepayment policy upon quotation and confirmation of a booking.
Please explain to De Jong, ask them for the prepayment and also have them confirm us when the prepayment will be done.
As for our account/payable we please prepay this booking in time in order not to lose it.
De Jong has got regular business and forward bookings to guarantee for this.
