Khun Vivek has asked Khun Tientip/Khun Parinya and myself to restructure the Monday Management Meeting.
Listed below is the 1st draft of the structure of the meeting.
It is very similar to the previous format but more focus this time on:
1) Identifying the issues (plant by plant)
2) Action plan to resolve the issues (plant by plant)
3) Sales Director and individual GMs will present (20 mins each) on each plant's performances.
The draft format of the presentation will be sent to you to prepare (very similar to the slides that you have done but with more details) by today (hopefully finance can finished by today)
For this coming Monday meeting (Oct 5th), it is the 1st week of the month so we will follow the 1st week format.
Khun Vivek suggests that Sales director and GMs meet first and discuss the previous weeks sales results and come up with solutions/action plans to make sure LE targets are achieved.
The meeting for the sales director and GM starts 8.30am to 10.00am
At 10.00am the management meeting will start with the GMs and Sales Director updating Khun Vivek on what they have discussed earlier followed by Khun Parinya update on MT performances.
Finance/Supply chain/HR will have 10 minutes to highlight any issues which they may have.
As this is the first time that we are following this format, this Monday will be a test run and for those who wants to seek clarifications.
