you see immediately how they are, how they talk to
you, how they react.
First of all you always try to listen, to find out what the
problem is, find out the issue, apologize no matter whose fault it is,
no matter what the problem is, tell them you’re sorry and apologize and just
try to offer them something, just try to make them happy again, I don’t
know.... Honestly,
we had complaints every single day almost, but at the
beginning you’re standing there,
somebody’s just shouting at you, imagine those 6-ft.
tall guys, big, shouting at you mega angry and you’re just standing there:
‘Just breathe, he can’t kill you, try and explain the situation and try to be nice’.
