For this case the problem occurred on Monday when flight arrived and the one package of cargo was not found, I don’t think that Pornpimol can informed you in advance.
She were informed as the same day with us and however from our side we already informed and communicated with all people concerned immediately whether the shipment cannot be cleared and delivered to site as the schedule.
Please also understand the situation as well, this situation occurred from the airline and we have tried very hard to get the shipment as you can find from many emails that we communicated with you.
By the way we already complaint to freight forwarder to closely monitor and try to avoid the problem like this case for our future shipment.
