As we all know that continuity of HR works in RCL’s Group has not been smooth for many years. Many key members of HR team, especially high level of staff, have left the company. This entails some key HR works has been suspended or moved slowly. They are caused by lack of directions, resources and key responsible persons. These issues have affected RCL in doing business inevitably. In addition, they also have a direct impact to the employees due to lack of sufficient supports from HR.
In dealing with these issues, new HR team is building up and putting a full effort to bring back confidence and trust toward the HR team from all stakeholders gradually. To sustain such acceptance, strong HR principles and practices must be strengthened up to an acceptable level.
To understand our current practices and how we move forward, we really need to seek all information from both inside and outside our organization for analysis and finally development of our HR Master Plan for next implementation.
