Assign jobs to tour guides
Assign jobs to vehicles & drivers
Reserve services from suppliers in each booking
Communicate with Inbound Teams for all smooth Operations and Reservation
Brief guides in detail for each booking
Manage Tour Plan System for Job Order to guides and drivers
Manage Tour Plan System for Cash Advance Report for tour guides
Manage Tour Plan System for Guide Fee Report for tour guides
Submit Cash Advance and Guide Fee Request to Assistant Manager/Manager for the approval
Provide feedback and coach guides, vehicle, and suppliers to minimize the complaints
Manage Guide’s KPI by using the Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Support Assistant Manager/Manager to guide’s recruiting and training
Attend schedule meeting with Operations Team
Attend annual company’s staff training
Coordinate and attend annual guide’s training
Inspect new suppliers per scheduled with Product Team
Ride along with guide and clients to monitor the quality and maintain relationship with suppliers
Raise hot issue with solution to Assistant Manager/Manager
