Sawasdee krup, this morning, I got the message from Khun Somkiat (Assistant Fitness Manager) that there was a family came up and asked to go to Balloon. After talking to the guest, found out that they went up from the car park and took the elevator up here, then Khun Somkiat offered the assistance how to get to the balloon however the family started complaining about why didn’t we have the proper signage and left with unsatisfied.
Khun Pla and Khun Saovanee, is that possible to provide the signage from the car park or having the guard/staff to escort the customer up to the balloon krup. This will increase the customer’s happiness and prevent the business turn down.
