The antioxidant activities of crude tea polyphenols and
polysaccharides of Se-enriched green tea were signifi-
cantly higher than that of regular green tea when measured using AAPH (Fig. 2d and e). No significant difference of antioxidant activities was observed between crude
tea proteins of Se-enriched green tea and regular green tea
