8. Force Majeure
Force Majeure circumstance must be notified each party by fax within 5 days and confirmed by writing 3 days after the fax and together with a certificate of Force Majeure by the competent Government Authorities for acceptance or non-acceptance. Beyond this time, Force Majeure circumstance shall not be taken into consideration.
9. Arbitration
All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the two Parties. If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration in the country of the Plaintiff in accordance with the Arbitration Regulations of the Arbitration Organization of the Plaintiff’s country. The decision made by the Arbitration shall be final and binding upon both Parties. The Arbitration expenses shall be borne by the losing Party unless otherwise awarded by the Arbitration Organization.
10. Effectiveness of Contract
The Contract is valid from the signing date until the date of liquidation of the contract. The contract is made into 02 copies in English with the same value. Each party keeps 01 copy
