LOAN AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on 16th July 2015 between Mrs Elizabeth Roberts a Canadian National residing at 97 Mguen Nuen Road (B305 Absolute Twin Sands) Patong, Kathu, Phuket Thailand from hereafter referred to as The Lender and Ms Urai Inma a Thai National residing at 24/4 Rachapathanusorn Road, Patong , Kathu, Phuket Thailand hereafter referred to as The Loanee.
Now therefore The Lender and the Loanee agree to the following conditions for the purpose of lending money hereinafter referred to as the Loan.
1.1 The Lender will provide the Loanee the sum of 30,000 AUS Dollar as the amount of the Loan
1.2 The Lender will transfer to the Twin beaches Condominium Co., Ltd Bank account that the Lender already has details of.
1.3 The term of the loan is for a period of 3 months.
1.4 The loan maybe extended by mutual consent for a period of another 3 months at the expiry of the term described in 1.3.
1.5 Upon receipt to the Loanee account the THB amount of loan received will be declared by the Loanee
2.1 The Loanee will pay the Lender interest on the Loan at the rate of 8% per annum pro rata during the period of the Loan.
2.2 The Loanee will pay the Lender the Interest due monthly in arrears into the nominated account of the Lender without deduction.
3.1 The Loannee will repay the Loan to the Lender during the periods of the term described in 1.3 or 1.4 as well as any amount of Interest due at the time of settlement of the Loan.
