We disagree with your point. You did not order this kind of service. You will receive our standard labeling, which is sufficient for export. As a kind of goodwill you already received a lot of additional information/services, which were not part of the order. If you need further lists etc. you or the customer has to pay for it. We need one technical clerk for a few days who clarify all additional points of your list with a lot of suppliers. This was not scope of the order confirmation.
Please accept these costs or send us the freight forwarder and the missing payment. We will definitely not perform any additional services free of charge.
