Murashige and Skoog (1962) medium containing half-strength macro,
micro-elements and vitamins (thiamine HCl (0.625 mg/L),
pyridoxine HCl (0.15 mg/L) and nicotinic acid (0.15 mg/L)) supplemented with peptone (1.0 g/L) and NaH2PO4 (170 mg/L) was used as the basal medium.
