We got back from the Condo yesterda

We got back from the Condo yesterday evening, we arrived a day late & had to leave earlier due to both my wifes and myself business comitments here in Bkk.

Everything looked good, no real problems I could see. We have cleared out all of our private belongings and removed the signs etc. We just have a small draw under the bed with our own fresh towels that we would use if we were staying a while.We left in quite a rush and may have left some food in the fridge & in the microwave. Could you please organise the cleaners as normal.

I managed to get a few things done including installing a new safe with digital keypad in the clothes cupboard for guests to use. Please note I've left 1 x emergency key if there is a problem as well as instructions on how to operate. If guests wish too enter their own code they can. I've placed the instructions & key on top of the safe. If you could photo copy them and put that in the Condo for the guests to use if needed. Please keep the key somewhere safe if neefed in a emergency. Currently the code is set to 159. I'll send through also YouTube video link on how to program the keypad lock,(very simple). We removed the other safe as well.

We looked at some new sofas and outdoor table/chairs, & a much nicer indoor table. I'll replace this on our next visit. Having a new baby & family just chews up all your time, so it was impossible to organise on the weekend in such a short time.

We want to upgrade the overall appearance of the Condo as much as possible. I hope also to be able to install a blind in the Bathroom so we won't have any more complaints over privacy etc, even if we are on the 22nd floor & no direct neighbours for at least 5 km.

I'll be back again soon as well as be returning for the Co-Owners meeting on the 29th of November. Please keep me updated if you hear any more on the short term renting of the Condos at the Clif
