As far as I understand the customer couldn’t our product work properly. They tried to control our wiring and they didn’t find any mistake then they would like to return it to us to confirm the problem and perform another analysis?
Is it possible to have more details about symptoms? It could help to understand.
If it’s linked to a component or to wiring. Depending on the root cause we might not have meaning of control since we still don’t have functional test.
It seems that they had another problem with the missing key supposed to be attached on SA145 on the same box but it seems to be a problem not linked.
In case we have to call back the product, customer need urgent replacement or just credit note?
