The menu
Butcher's menu is priced according to meat type and cut, which each are thin-sliced and served in plastic trays. Rib-eye[B89] and custom thick-sliced Bacon [B79] are highlights, as are Scallops [B99] and Mussels [B99]. Both go well with a slice of melted Cheese [B15]. Three types of sauce [seafood, sweet and and jaew] are available. Cabbage, and Golden and Eringi mushrooms [B29 each] are the only vegetative representatives - and are all equally delicious when cooked with meat, butter, salt and peper. Sides such as Chips [B59] and Garlic fried rice [B39], as always, pair up nicely with just about anything. Also on offer are two premium cuts: Butcher super steak [875 for 350g] and Butcher rib - eye steak [B600 for 250g]. We tried the rib - eye, which is cut into thick cubes, and so marbled that it resembles a planet. How your food is cooked - and subsequently tastes - obviously depends on you, so eyes off the iPhone and focus on the meat in front of your face.
