Reviewing Presentation
All good things must come to an end, including your presentation. The way you close will affect how your audience respond and remember. To provide truly effective presentation, you should use the questions in parallel with the presentation, and then end the presentation with 6 techniques as follows:
1) Call your audience action
No one will trust or follow what you want if you don't offer incentives. Beginning with the negative motivation-allow them to see the bad things will happen if they do not follow what you said then ending with a positive motive-drawing of something good that will be when they do what you suggested.
“Always give the negative first, followed by the positive. You’ll end on a motivating high and will maximize your chances of inspiring the audience into action.”
2) Refer back to the opening message
Close a presentation, with the message you opened followed by the questions and answers time
3) Exit the stage
At the last minute of your presentation, you can thank the audience for their attention and say a quick thank you for your sponsors. After that you can leave the stage.
