This article aims to study the factors that correlated with the development of the personnel in Mahamakut Buddhist University, Isan Campus. Survey research sample is a faculty, the number of people using 43 queries, data analysis, by Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Cramer’s V, Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Results of the Research: The study found that personal factors are not correlated with the development of the personnel. Support is achievement motivation and the atmospheres are associated with the Organization, development of vocational skills in personnel. The personnel are very achievement motivation. The atmosphere is very efficient organization. Personnel must develop greater self.
