The first solution is about getting psychological treatment. To begin with, the psychological treatment should be the consult with the doctor for the suggestion to solve the depression. To explain this, the patients should tell the doctor about their problem so that the doctor can find out the way to help them and the doctor has to give a pill to the patients in order to the pill will decrease the patient's depression. Another solution is the doctor should use aesthetics therapy to help the depressed patients. The doctor has to use art therapy because it can release bad emotions and the doctor should use music therapy because music can relax the patient's emotion.
