The RHM-Monosaccharide column was maintained at 60 ํC and compounds were eluted with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of degassed Milli-Q water containing 0.005 N H2SO4 at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The RPM-Monosaccharide column was maintained at 70 ํC and compounds were eluted with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of degassed Milli-Q water at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. The refractive index detector was maintained at 50 ํC for all applications.
