It works really well! Immediately after going to sleep, I was dreaming, I dreamed I was in a villa, and I was switching the channels of the TV. And throughout the night, I had like around 5 dreams? I am starting to forget, but normally I remember around 1 without listening to this. So this definitely helps to make the dreams vivid, and to be able to remember them. But it does not bring lucidity, I think for lucidity the track needs to be longer, while you are sleeping. But of course this is more natural and also you can use techniques to bring lucidity. Throughout the day, you need to ask yourself, what you are doing right now, where you are, after some time you will start doing this in the dreams and you will be lucid. Anyway thanks for the uploader. I believe that in the future, there will be a track like this, that brings full vividness and lucidity, and probably stability for hours, that will enable us to play in our "virtual" reality. :D

It seems i only lucid dream in dreams where i die, and i know why, you naturally know YOLO and you cant be alive after dieing, ive only had 2 lucid dreams , once years ago, second about a week ago, and i admit it is hard to lucid dream even if you die in your dream, it took me like 5 minutes( in real life like an hour) to realize im dreaming! This might help

SoothingSound
Sometimes when I wake up around 5 a.m. and go back to sleep, I can consciously feel myself "entering" - I feel my eyes roll up or down and hear a specific noise in my head. I wonder if this mimics the noise somehow, although the sound I hear is similar to that when your ears start to kind of whistle when the air pressure changes or when upside down with a lot of blood in the head. It's really loud and sometimes after that it fades away and the dream starts. Cool experience.

Your English is fine, friend. What helped me get started was writing my dreams down in my "dream journal." After awhile, you start becoming familiar with your own dream signs and overall feel of your dreams. This should help you to recognize when you are in a dream and become lucid.

Sounds neat! I've had similar experiences. When I was younger I use to get sleep paralysis all the time. (It was scary then.) Now whenever it happens, I love it! It's like instant access to a lucid dream :D
