Is it possible to put up some sort of a sign in the elevator or somewhere that Mitkorn's tenants can see to require their courtesy after the use of trolley ? Over the past year, there have been several incidents that I either
(a) opened an elevator and found a trolley left there by one of those inconsiderate tenants not willing to make an effort to bring it back down to the lobby or
(b) was in the elevator and saw an inconsiderate tenant just pushed the trolley in and walked away before I was able to ask him whether he expected the trolley to get back to the lobby by itself! BTW, this particular individual is the owner of the car next to the #34 spot I am currently renting from Mitkorn (I don't know his name but recognized that his car parking spot is right next to ours).
Last night, it was incident type (a) that I encountered. It really is disheartening to see so many inconsiderate individuals living among us. There should not be any need for the sign to inform them of the "etiquettes" for trolley uses. But, unfortunately, there are quite a few of these inconsiderate individuals among us that need to be reminded of this courtesy.
