Hello Suttida,
I am proud of you, for being able to concentrate even when your surrounding has noise. This is typical of universities and collages. I am sure you can identify that time of the day when there is little or no noise and make that your time with them.
It is good to have enough to sleep. Meditation trains our mind. With continuous meditation we would be able to control our sleep. Is this not cool? Give it a shot.
