Sawadee ka Khun Friend,
How are you? I hope you remember who I am (Patcharee Lam) my husband and I was in the condominium last month with BSA law's staff. I did put the deposit down to purchase the condo and you gave me several document including the contact and the Letter of Confirmation. I have so many problem from the staff of Thai Embassy they told me they only certified my signature not my husband because he is American. I did tell Preeyaporn (Ploy) about the problem and I think she did contact you and let you know too right? Since last week I have the Letter Of Confirmation sign and paid $15 just for my signature the peoples at the Thai Embassy said my husband have to go through all four step. He have to made a copy of the passport and then that document plus the letter of confirmation with his signature have notarized by a public notary first then second, these documents must go the clerk of Courts by the power that commissioned the notary. Most likely this is the county government level. Third, it must go to the Secretary of State of Virginia (Where we live) to be certified. Lastly, it goes to the federal level, the office of Authentications (The State Department in Washington D.C.) Will take more a month to get all the document back to me and I don't know how my brother and your peoples from condo can go sign the ownership paper on the 29th October with him. I have the money ready to transfer but I couldn't do it because I stuck with all the paper work without my husband signature. Do you think your supervisor in the condo can find other way since I am the one going to own the condo by myself not my husband. Please let me know. Thank you.
P.S. I did try to call you twice last week and a couple night ago but only have a recording so I hung up. After look at this and know my problem please find a solution to help me and reply my email soon. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Patcharee Lam
