Every company has uses this 360 degree appraisal to solve the employee's problem.360 degree appraisal is a type of employee performance review by managers,peers,subordinates,self and customer.So in this case study is a good example for using 360 degree appraisal to upgrade a company.
in this case,the manager of the company they work hard,smart and skillful in work but,she is a hot tempered.she always blames or assigns too much work to subordinates.so her colleague and subordinates are not satisfied.She is subtle in work but,she is fail in communicate with others so,every one reject him except his boss.If was the HRM of this company.I will ask her colleagues ans subordinates to know her problems and solve the problem in the right ways.After know the problem.I will explain the problems to her and suggest her to clam down and change her speaking behavior.
