My first service experience was an internship student at Air Asia Company where I worked for three months during summer. At Air Asia, I had an opportunity to work in Customer
Experience Department, which responsible to do about pre-flight service. My duties were Check-in service, and Gate, which had to work with co-workers, including the passenger, so this could guarantee that I have an ability to communicate, service-minded, as well as my personality that suitable for this task. Moreover, there were a variety of national passengers
that I had to take care, including English skills that I had to use for communication.
Thus, these experiences could show you about my ability in service career.
