Insisting on a contoured bra
While you may feel the firm shape of the contour bra (the ones that keep their shape even when they're in the drawer) is beneficial, you should take the time to figure out what suits your breasts better. If you have perkier, naturally high-seated breasts, then you can get away with a contoured bra. If you're like most women, though, a soft-seamed bra (the ones that mold to the shape of your breast and flatten in the drawer) is likely a better fit for you. A huge plus is that soft-seamed bras don't leave that awkward gap between the bra and your chest.
