The following water resources management system will be used to demonstrate applicability and reliability of the MFCCP approach.
The agricultural irrigation system in the Sinkiang province of China is studied, where the Wulabo lowland located at southern Urumqi is responsible for providing groundwater resources to four zones planted with corn, cotton and melon. In the east of Wulabo lowland,there are four cropping zones, named Ulla Team 1, Ulla Team 2, Ulla Team 3, and Ulla Team 4 (Fig. 1), with a total cropping area of 2.1 × 104hm2.
