In this tab, the system operator can manually set up/change 900/1800 MHz base station parameters.
Namely: he can select a mobile operator network for the system’s work (MCC-MNC), change LAC (it
should differ minimum by one point from the value used in the operator’s network), change CellID value,
set up Arfcn frequency channel number, switch on/off the base station transmitter (Tx Pwr dBm
checkmark), change the output value from -24 (min) to 0 (max – which corresponds to about 1 W of
antenna power). “BSIC” value is recommended to be set equal to that used in the operator’s network. “Cell
Reselect Offset” is the created internal network priority value (in the real network, as a rule, a value of not
more than 20 is used). “Neighb Cell” is a neighboring frequency channel number (used for transition of the
selected MT to a ‘clear’ channel in case of significant channel interference).
