Dear All Staffs,
Due to the Renovate Office on 11th Floor in section Customs Clearance & IT in April to 15 May 2015, So there is need to take the conference room 2 rooms on 11th floor and the small conference room on 5th floor during the period for the staffs in the renovate area temporary use. So the conference room only have the big conference room on the 5th floor can only use the meeting.
