As per the contract, tenant has to take care the promise well and if there is damage due to the tenant's fault then the cost of fixing shall be tenant's account. The washing machine's door was not broken by itself ( I have same brand at home and I have been using it for many years, not problem with the door), it was user (might be you, your family member or might be the maid) who broke it, might be my misuse of it. As per such reason, it is out of my/owner scope to fix it for you. You have to repair it yourselves. However, in order to facilitate for you, if you like, I can ask Gioia to rearrange the technician to fix it, but the repair cost will be on your account. If you agree, I can arrange for you.
