The mean and standard deviation for all the variables analysed
in the time domain corresponding to the first and second stages
of the season are shown in ●▶ Table 1, 2, respectively. The nonlinear
variables and stress indices are shown in ●▶ Table 3, 4 for
the first and second stages of the season, respectively.
●▶ Fig. 1 reflects that the behaviour of the time domain variables
(SDNN, pNN50 and rMSSD), was practically identical. Both the
SDNN and pNN50 measures increased between measures 9 and
11, plateaued and then began to decrease at measure 31. ●▶ Fig. 2
shows the diameters of the Poincaré plot (SD1 and SD2) and it is
very similar to ●▶ Fig. 1. ●▶ Fig. 3 shows the evolution of Stress
Score (SS) and S/PS ratio with higher values at the beginning of
the season. ●▶ Fig. 4 reflects how SampEn is almost constant
throughout the season.
