I had total trust in the team. They were always straightforward, and nice and talking to you. You would ask questions and they would immediately answer. You had the impression that nothing was withheld from you, that everything concerning your child's health was told. That was so important. To have a good doctor-parent relationship, a trust between us well, as a physician I knew he would do the best for my child knew he would act ethically anyhow (Orfali & Gordon, 2004, p. 345).
