Assistant Unit Head, Sales Management Dept., SME
- Support and facilitate Sales team (RM) country wide to achieve the income target by working with RM, Sale Strategy and Marketing.
- Involve in product program development to be used as a tools for RM to easily close sale in highly competitive market, combine financial and non-financial product
- Involve in planning, implementing and monitoring Marketing activities for facilitate sales such as selling session event
- Create sales tools, sales kits such as leaflet, booklet, welcome kits
- Involve in sales campaign planning
- Make communication plan to align with segment strategy and coordinate with supporting team
