At early tillering,
the relative chlorophyll content was less affected by heat stress in
C518 and PWS7 at both growth conditions than in the other two cultivars.
The relative chlorophyll content in the plants grown at 25 ◦C
recovered fully after heat stress except PWS7 in comparison to the
plants grown at 15 ◦C.
At anthesis, a significant reduction in relative
leaf chlorophyll content was observed in all cultivars due to heat
stress at both growth temperatures and none of them recovered
fully at any growth temperature.
The relative chlorophyll content
in C518 and KK3 was less affected by heat stress in comparison to
the relative chlorophyll content in PWS7 and KKM1353
