1. During the last week, quality & taste of food were improved for 4 days & coming down since 2 days ( Camp boss to monitor closely & RM to supply necessary kitchen equipments needed by camp boss ).
2. Need some more electric hot vessels for western food.
3. Labeling or write type of food on the hot vessel like PORK, BEEF, CHICKEN, FISH & TYPE OF SOUP sothat no body picks up wrong dishes.
4. Mid night meals – not good compared to lunch & dinner. Camp boss & night cook to concentrate more on midnight food.
5. Quantity of fruits not sufficient & provide different fruits, most of the time they are giving water melon, pine apple & papaya.
6. Lot of mosquitoes, flies & insects entering into dining room, need to install electric insect killer / repellent in dining room
7. Cheese to be kept in the refrigerator.
