New proposal from stay back team.
1. Cumulative 3 days (Not 4 days as earlier declaration) of over time monitoring from 4.30 to 7,50 pm shall be entitled for 1 day a replacement leave.
2. Incase Saturday (or Sunday) work to monitor for at least 4 hours and never fix the time frames shall be entitled for 1 day a replacement leave.
3. Additionally, they are eligible to claim for mileage in case they have work on Saturday (Including Sunday if necessary)
These 3 new entitlements shall be a standard write up in HR.
