a) Daily postings (If you go to a hotel facebook page and their last posting was 3 months ago of a cocktail glass, it gives you a clear indication that the hotel does not care)
b) The idea is to create a dialogue/relationship between the guest and the hotel….
c) Receive feedback on how to improve hotel
d) Build image of the hotel
e) Aim is to promote hotel
f) Should not mention controversial topics…
g) Needs to be proper and correct English or Thai
h) High quality photos
i) Needs to regular like clockwork… i.e. every day posted at 8am or 9am…… etc
